Chef Antonia Lofaso's culinary creations are an invitation to dive into deep into her interior world. It would start with dill-flavored potato chips, Shishito peppers, and follow up with Korean Wings. Lofaso has, over the course of her career, has judged her the success of her show by how she understands her audience. She also stays in the same place she was. Lofaso has teamed up in partnership with Penguin Publishing to produce The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 recipes of Quick, Delicious, Home Cooked Meals. The book, she also discusses her experience as a mother and a pupil in her school, the French Culinary Institute.
